I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Accounting for internal documents and invoices, arranging and storing them in order.
– Tracking and accurately recording all revenue and expenses.
– Tracking receivables, ensuring that these are paid on time.
– Drafting daily, weekly, monthly sales reports to provide an overview of the business situation.
– Monitoring and controlling expenses, finding solutions to minimize waste and improve business efficiency.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduated from accounting majors, with at least 1 year of working experience.
– Agile, active, eager to learn, able to work independently.
– Know how to use Misa accounting software.
– Priority is given to candidates residing in Hai An District, Hai Phong.
